Promotion of Rank: a member may be promoted to a higher level, under the Black Tigers International Ninja Society. in doing so the members must follow all our rules. only soke: angel m. guerra may give out a 10th.dan / judan rank or a Jonin Title; under the Black Tigers International Ninja Society. the Black Tigers International Ninja Society is known as the Black Tigers No Koga Ryu Ninjutsu.
